Two stars because the mechanics were great even though there was a lot of cars and only two of them. The gentleman at the desk however, was really rude and spoke to me like I'm an idiot.

W-M ACC Sent an untrained employee to perform the service. Did not know you must use a torque wrench and socket to check wheel lug tightness. Gave the lad the wheel lock adapter to use on the wheel locks and he tried to check tightness with his fingers utilizing the wheel lock adapter. Didn't know it required a torque wrench.

Price was the best, & employees are approachable, but service was messy, leaving oil in my handles (inside & outside), steering wheel, arm rest & drivers seat. I did not got a sticker for a reminder on my next oil change & some additional services offered by text/online, & I had questions, it was very complicated to get an answer from the location by phone, so whenever I was at the location to get answers, they said for any additional service I would have to wait until all the other customers in line were served to make the additional work, even though I had an appointment, they said it was an appointment for the oil change only, so i decided not to make any additional work.
