I realize not everything will be perfect, and they missed the battery was low, I suggested they check that too when I took it in for service. They said it was ok. Next day car didn't start, with help from Tony at service desk, I got the towed to the shop, he set me uo with a loaner(Saturday it happened at 1:30) and on Monday a new battery was installed. Only charged for the battery. I was very pleased with the way he handled the situation.
