Charged for a diagnostic that wasn't actually performed. All that was done was code was pulled and I was charged an hour diagnostic. I cam in telling the service advisor my concerns and nothing was documented. Also service advisor wrote vehicle up for the wrong oil changed. I specified FULL SYNTHETIC and they put in blend. That's not what I requested.

Maintenance is the key to a car's long life. They know that I drove Saabs for many years and they all went to 200K and beyond. They recommended maintenance services that I forgot about, and which are important. I waited for the car and was quite comfortable. Thank you for the famous Amos cookies.

Excellent service. I have a fleet car and had to bring it in twice for service related to "check engine" light. From scheduling, conforming, day of service and overall outcomes I would rate Bridgewater Volvo A++. The way they communicate with the customer and the level of professionalism is like nothing I have experienced before in an auto dealership.

Everyone at Bridgewater Volvo was great, as always. However I feel Volvo corporate should have helped me out. I have had 5 Volvo cars, so long standing customer. I replaced the battery of my 2017 Volvo in February of 2022, in December of 2023 my battery needed a charge and in October of 2024 I had to replace the battery. The batteries should last more than 2 years. Thats dissapointing. .

Everyone in the service department is a pleasure to deal with, when you call you are able to speak to a service advisor, they are able to schedule in quickly, you are kept informed as to what the problem and time frame is going to be, and the vehicle is fixed when promised.

Carl, service advisor, was extremely helpful. I am from Texas and needed my vehicle looked at/repaired. Carl texted me first thing in the am to let me know it had been assessed and he had obtained approval for the repair from the warranty folks. Very satisfied.

This was not really Bridgewater's fault, but I got a email from Volvo saying I needed to update my software but needed to go to the dealer to do this. When I got to Ridgewater, they said I had already done it and that they should ignore it. There needs to be better communication between Volvo national and the dealers so that customers do not make appointments that are not needed.

Car had stopped receiving software updates over there air, so I took it in to get two updates it had missed. What do you know? That very day a new major update dropped, and the shop updated the car to that. Usually when a new update drops, there's a two to three weeks' wait time one can update to it over the air. Per this new update, the next update should be possible over the air.

I appreciate having valet service pickup and return my car so as to avoid having to spend hours getting the car serviced. It was very easy and efficient. Excellent service! Ive been going to them with my Volvos since 1997. Jim Cole has been the Service Manager the entire time Ive been going there and he is always friendly and helpful. This is an honest car dealer with a great service facility. I highly recommend!

Will only give 4 stars instead of 5. The "Stop Light Malfunction" indicator was on when we brought the XC60 in for windshield replacement. Asked two times for the message to be checked to determine the issue, and it never was. There actually IS a brake light out, which would have been nice to have addressed while it was in your shop.

Nuno Ferreira, my Service Advisor (again) was fantastic. Went over everything with me in detail and explained the costs. Also worked with me on getting a bit of a discount. My tech, Joe T did a great job! The concierge service with loaner is first rate too!

The service managers at Bridgewater Volvo do a superb job each time we take either of our Volvos in for service or repairs. This time three separate problems were diagnosed. Carl called and described each issue. He then provided a clear explanation of exactly what repairs were needed and the anticipated costs for each repair. All the issues were corrected and the bill was within the expected amount.

I tried to give 1 start but was unable to do so. My Volvo S60 is burning dangerous amounts of oil, and they said they have no way to fix it. Their best advice was to sell the car so it's somebody else's problem. Unethical and disappointing to say the least!

Only draw back was they didn't have the original vehicle I was looking at... other than that Dominic Defalco spoke to me before suggesting multiple vehicle for me to look at. He listened for what was needed and wanted and then gave me 5 options to look at. I want pressured into any specific vehicle and ended with one that was suitable for me and my needs. Overall great job and a great salesman experience.
