I explained that my gas pedal was squeaky- they said they didn't identify squeaky brakes.
Also, stated we had issues opening the hood and that was dismissed.
Also, long wait for service date.
Poor customer service at this location has been a pattern in my experience.

Jason and the service department always take good care of me and my car. I rolled up with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and was able to leave my car and order a tire before catching a ride home. They managed to get the tire in earlier than expected and got me on my way within 2 days of drop off.

I like that staff was able to render a diagnosis as to what was wrong with my car, give me estimations as to costs, and how long these estimations were good. I was provided a loner car as soon as one was available, which was quite helpful to me. The serviceperson, Jason, was very polite, courteous, and professional in handling my car problems.

Volvo's service is outstanding! I accidentally showed up a day early for my appointment, but they still let me drop off my car and provided a loaner without any hassle. The customer service was excellent, and I didn't have to wait at all. My favorite part was the video update, and the best surprisemy 20,000-mile oil change and service were completely free!

Overall, I had very good service. My frustration this go-around is I had alerted them to my a/c fan making noises, and that I didn't think my a/c was working. After the 120k mile check was complete, and I asked them what about the fan? They said that I'd have to come back for that, since it's more involved. I would think it could be combined with the service check. : (

I went in for a routine service. I was told, it would only take approximately 1 1/2 hrs. It took almost 3 hrs. That was even before the car was supposed to be washed. I requested my car to be returned and skip the wash. Who knows how it would have taken to get my car back. That's absurd. My time is valuable just like service department's.

The experience of my service advisor was great however for a second time, I chose to drive to Buford GA to have the repair completed due to inflated pricing at this location. Spark plug replacement was quoted at around 300.00 more than Buford. Previously it was my Sunroof replacement at a $700 difference in price. Not sure why there is such a difference. But it's worth the drive to save hundreds of dollars.

Jason Frothingham was a very understanding service representative. I was battling having to spend so much money on a 2008 Volvo to get the air bags, timing belts, and control arms replaced to bring up to being safe transportation. We have come up with a plan to get them all fixed by staggering the repairs out and it will not cost so much at one time.

Professional, took photos of the vehicle before it was taken back to the shop, I was offered any specials, hospitality room is always great and they sent a video covering the technician's maintenance evaluation. Car was washed and inside vacuumed. Driver's seat covered in plastic.

It was totally unacceptable! There is a problem with the car alarm that cost us an arm and a leg on 2 previous occasions for alleged repair... but the alarm is still going off and the problem has not been fixed! The insulting part is being charged again if we want to have the problem fixed (a freaking 3 time). Absolutely terrible service!

Service was performed as expected. Check-in for service was not a very good experience. I guess they were down a person and others were having to pick up the excess. Tensions were high. Snippiness among the staff was very evident in front of the customers. Sometimes you have to get out of your chair and do a little more when things are harried.

When my car had a Engine light to come on , I called my Volvo dealer and ask for a appointment to get it serviced, Todd Mille told me I could bring it in and they would try to get to it if I leave it. My car was only there a couple of days because of the quick response. I can tell that the Service there is better so Thanks Kevin Greening .

Didn't actually fix anything I went there for. I had to go to another place to get anything fixed. Charged me for something that was already fixed and told me it would work itself out as far as the noise that I went in to have looked at. I left with it making an even louder noise than when I went in.

Excellent service. I scheduled my service appt a few weeks in advance in order to reserve a loaner car.
I dropped my car off at 12pm on a Thursday, picked up a loaner, received a call from my service adviser at the end of day Thursday that my car was ready. I dropped off the loaner & picked up my car Friday morning. It was super easy and convenient. Thanks for the great service!!
