I liked the fact that Jim Ellis Volvo -Service Department honors their work. My rearview mirror was damaged during a service and maintenance job in June. I called and spoke to the manager Kevin. My tech advisor Todd was professional and courteous. He explained the process and reassured me that the damage would be repaired. Two days later, I picked up my car and was pleased with the repairs.

A brief service appt to replace an auxiliary battery that lasted nearly 7 years (expected useful life was 4 tops!). They also did a review of maintenance items and suggested 2 upcoming things with estimates - nothing urgent. I appreciated the thoroughness, as well as the technician's video explanation of what was done and his findings.

While I was not a happy camper to have to have my car towed in for service that apparently was just a sensor, the folks in the service department could not have been more helpful. I have bought at least four or five XC 90s from you and having to drive almost 50 miles for service is an issue. I was ready to give up on my Volvos. The service department changed my mind.

Incredibly courteous, and the work was done the right way the very first time. Yes, it was expensive, certainly more than nearby independent shops, however, you sometimes get what you pay for, and this is definitely one of those times. Jason was fantastic.

Brought in with an hours notice due to low oil notification. Todd (he's the best) immediately had it checked. Determined it was a false alarm. Recommended completing an interactive multi point inspection previously scheduled in anticipation of a long distance trip planned for January-March. Worked completed within 2 hours. Typical if outstanding service I had there in the past 12 years.

They offer a loaner car service and the gentleman that runs the program is always so helpful and professional.
