the TEAM was excellent. the FACILITIES suck...the customer waiting room is a jail cell. Perhaps owners should swing by a Toyota dealership and see how customers getting service (where all the $$ is made) are welcomed.

The only problem I have with their service is trying to get connected on the phone. I got cut off a number of times and it took over an hour for someone to tell me if my car was ready. They likely need additional help.
