Not responding and get passed around. I started with the internet sales person and was told by other salesman that he is not a salesman, only to assist and facilitate calls for the salesman.

Stated they preformed an inspection and would provide it. They never did.
Stated they completed a LOF. Asked for and was promised a confirmation. Never received one.
They told me they would not be completing the brake service. Yet they state to Carfax they have completed the service.
Stated they would contact me to schedule a time to complete the open recall. They never have.

My '93 Volvo 850 was given an "all points" inspection and service. For an older model like mine the availability of parts can be an issue but they were able to find all the replacement parts necessary including parts that I didn't know needed service/replacement. It took longer than expected to locate a few parts but they made a loaner car avaible to me at no cost for a planned trip. Now that's service. I'm a happy camper! :)

When I make my appointment by phone, I was told that my service will be about 2 hours. When I arrived at the service department, I was told the service will be close to 4-5 hours (shocked to know as I plan to wait for it). Eventually it took 4.5 hours ...

They did an airbag recall and I got the car back in fine shape but they lose a star as the first appointment I had they all of a sudden didnt have the recall part in stock so I had to wait over a month and come back. Nice and friendly staff. Will return for sure.

It took over 20 minutes to check-in. When I inquired to see if my car was done three hours later, the response was "we will get to it before we close". I am pretty sure they forgot about my car. Upon completion, I was asked to sign a tablet and shown the door. No comments or anything.

Maybe it was towards the end of year, the waiting time was just very long, although many attendants were at the service desk, only one or two were actually attending a line of customers. My service was ok, but it took them 5 min to find my key in the end other than that, appreciate the service.

Horrible customer service. Not prepared for my visit said it was due to a computer glitch. Had to wait 40 minutes for rental car. Service $2,000 and did not wash or vacuum my car! When I asked why my car was dirty the service rep offered me a Brian gear coupon! Service did not go over service with me. I will not be returning. Also dealership itself is poorly laid out and designed. Not a luxury dealership for certain.

I was verbally informed that my car was ready after its 90,000 service. In the paperwork was a report of three service recommendations from the tech that stated I had declined to address. None of these items were discussed with me, I did not decline them. Unlike my previous service experiences over the past decade ( this is my 3rd XC70) my car was not washed. This is a new ownership group, they are off to a troubling start.

Truck was in great condition, had an excellent price, drove well, and we were able to complete the purchase less than an hour later. Best car buying experience at a dealership ever. The service was good and the technicians were professional. Due to Covid restrictions, they were unable to do detailing on the car as they typically would. When the car was returned, I found oily hand marks on the exterior of the driver-side door and on the inside leather on the driver-side door, which detracted from the service. I assume this was due to lack of detailing, but would expect more care.

It was a check of the tire pressure sensors. The tech explained how sensitive the system is to the tire set point pressure. Added a little air to the tires, did a systems check to verify everything was working properly (which were). Car was ready when promised.
