If you aren't taking your car to Virginia Auto service you are wasting your time and money!
They are thorough and honest. They are skilled and professional.
I wanted a particular part replaced. They could have just done what I asked for. Rather than just taking my money, replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced they walked me through the issue and showed me the real issue. Therefore saving me $$$$. Who does this? Virginia Auto Service does.

The staff at Virginia auto are knowledgeable and provide the best customer service ever! I have a 2012 Toyota Sienna that I take there to be serviced instead of the dealership because they are more reliable and affordable. They are trustworthy and honorable! I say this because I took the arm rest off of my van chairs to install chair covers. I had a hard time putting the armrest back on so I went to the dealership to have them put them back on. They told me I needed new arm rest for all 4 chairs. They quoted me $700.00. I knew that was a lie because there was nothing wrong with the arm rest before hand. I took the van to Virginia Auto to see what it would cost for them to purchase armrest and install them. They notified me immediately saying that they installed the armrest with no problem! They said I didn't tighten the screws tight enough and that I did not need new arm rest! They didn't charge me a dime! I did give the tech $50.00 for 10 minutes of work. I HIGHLY recommend you go to Virginia Auto If you want a mechanic you can trust!!!
