My experience was typical before I realized one of my hubcaps was gone. I called Valvoline to see if it was left somewhere around the shop and after two stints on hold, I was told that all of my hubcaps were broken before they re-installed them and the lost one must've fallen off. Apparently when they installed my hubcaps, little pieces of plastic went everywhere. Seems strange that no one mentioned to me that all of my hubcaps were broken until I called back. None of the other three have fallen off. Not sure if I believe that story, it left a bad impression.
