Attention to detail. I run full synthetic oil to extend the time between changes as well as caring for my car engine. The explanation I received from the technician for the sticker which read for my next change was in 3000 miles. Additionally, the milage reset was not initiated by the tech as well. Too many side bars!

Sorry for any confusion about the reminder sticker. Our stickers default to 3,000 miles or 3 months, but you can follow your manufacturer's recommended interval if you use the recommended oil. We're disappointed your oil light wasn't reset, and we can help with this. To reset the oil maintenance light on a 2017 Toyota 4Runner SR5, set the display to "Trip A," turn the ignition off, hold down the odometer/trip button, and turn the ignition back to "ON" (without starting the engine). Service was very unprofessional. Will never go to this company again. They couldn't get the oil filter off and didn't inform us until they already installed the new oil. They told us we would get a 30% discount but then would only give us
20% at time of check out. We had to then go directly to a Lincoln dealer to have the oil filter changed so as not to ruin the new oil.

Very nice. Polite, do a good job, don't have to get out of the car, and only takes about 15-20 minutes. Only issue is it's a bit expensive. So I go to Valvoline only with a 20% or more off coupon or when I don't see anyone else with a lower price for the full synthetic oil change I always get.

This is the second time I have had my oil changed at Valvoline, and the second time I have had oil drips for days on my driveway and in my garage, not happy about that since I have a brand new driveway and I do not want oil stains on it nor do I want to slip and fall on oi puddles in my garage

There was no waiting time to get service. The associates were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fantastic.
I could have gotten a free oil change from Kia in Cerritos where I purchased the car but their service department I give them a zero. They act like they do not want to be there and all are rude. They should take pointers from this establishment.

Did not have the type of oil plug required for my vehicle, so my primary reason for going there based upon a recommendation by a friend of mine was a waste of time. They should better monitor their supplies and place orders for such in a timely fashion so as not to run out and/or list on their web page that they can't do oil changes for certain model vehicles.
