Initially the experience went well, Keith was top side and he was very customer service oriented and answered all of my questions. I left with the oil change and about 3 hrs later noticed the check engine light was on, my car driving differently and it started to overheat. I quickly looked up the possible reasons why and immediately I saw it could be from the wrong type of oil. I drove back to the location and Keith as well as Anna ( the manager) looked at my car, rechecked to be sure everything was sealed correctly and at that point Keith noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir which was odd because when I was there the first time I was told and it was noted on the invoice that all fluids were good. Please note, prior to going there my check engine light was not on and my car was not over heating. So Anna topped off the coolant and I was told everything looked good but it would best to go to Auto Zone to get a free diagnostic, bring the findings back to Keith and if any issues show up that was due to the oil change they would cover it. I said great sounds good. After I left my check engine light was no longer on and my car wasn't over heating BUT while I was driving home up the hill to the desert my husband kept hearing a scrapping sound, we thought maybe it's the unleveled freeway until we got onto a surface street and the winds picked up all a sudden it was very loud. I pulled over and sure enough it was the oil pan protection plate it was missing all but 1 screw!!!!!!! My car is a 2022 and most service is done at the dealership. Those screws were there prior to this oil change and IF they were missing, no one from Keith to the person underneath conducting the oil change mentioned it full disclosure I don't believe those screws were missing. I will never go to this business again nor recommend them. Shady and very unprofessional.
