Did not do full inspection. Lead tech was indifferent and condescending. A couple of the other techs followed his lead. Not a pleasant experience. Especially with the wait. Want to take my truck somewhere else to make sure it was serviced correctly.

I stopped in to have my oil checked though it wasn't time to change it yet. When I asked the guy what kind of oil it was, he didn't answer clearly and when I asked him to repeat it he dismissively told me I could ask at the auto parts store. I was asking at the oil change place -- he had the information. The same oil change place I have been going to for many years. This was the worst experience I have had here.

Usually good but not that day.Purchased add on services and they forgot to do it. Didnt check tire pressure. It's hit and miss for that location. That day, the guy just checked everything was done in the computer but didn't perform services. Will go to another location.
