I visited for two consecutive days to get my car's oil changed, only to be told by the attendant that they did not have an oil filter for my specific vehicle. He told me to come back the next dayyet, the following day, I received the exact same response. Companies like yours ought to stock filters for a wide variety of car models. Furthermore, there must be a sense of credibility in your dealings with customers. When you promise a customer to return the next day to have their oil and filter changed, and they arrive only to encounter the same excuse, it demonstrates a complete lack of credibility on your partespecially considering that I am a long-standing customer. For me, the solution was quite simple: I went to another shop and had both the oil and filter replaced there. You have lost a customer, while the other shop has gained one.
