They oversold to me and when I got home, my truck, for the first time in its history, leaked oil onto my driveway- I've never had a leak or oil issues in the past. They were nice, and I appreciated how communicative they were, but overall, not happy with the oil leak or the push to buy so many other, expensive services.

I wasn't able to get my oil changed there a staff member said they couldn't loosen something and that it was spinning. The employee asked me if I wanted to try to loosen it. I told him I'm disabled that's why I go here. So I went up the street to jiffy lube and they got my oil changed with no problems. Thank you jiffy lube my new go to place.

Expensive , they don't use ac-delco filters. I usually do mine myself so I can use factory parts. I was in a time bind and had to use this shop. They were good and professional. High price for generic parts.

Workers are friendly, polite and do a great job. Only complaint this time is that I was told car in front of me would be done quickly, but they ordered a radiator flush, which added to my wait time.

Little bit of a wait, but the service was prompt once I was in the bay. Friendly service and I appreciate that they don't hard ball you into extra services. At 75 I don't do my own oil changes anymore, but I can still change an air filter and check the other fluids. Been here many times and will come back.

Once into the bay the team was on point and working on my car. The main tech walked me through additional service points that could be done. Did not pressure at all for me to pick one. I did choose the transmission flush and fill since the car has 114k miles on it. Will definitely go back and recommend this location when I can.

Always courteous and polite. I only go here due to their customer service. They might overcharge on some things, however all intended maintenance due for my car is explained to me in detail and I'm always given the option of what I want done that day. Highly, highly recommend.
