New service techs need better training. I've been going here for years but very disappointed this visit. Tech drained the oil from my car only to find out they were out of the oil my car uses. I over heard him say it to another tech and confronted him because he wasn't going to tell me he was just going to put a lower grade in my car. I waited for Adam the manager to address the situation. Please pay attention when getting service everyone doesn't have your best interest at heart and your car is not there's.
