They decided to change the oil I regularly use to their house oil. I had to go back to have the house oil drained and put my preferred Mobil 1 oil in. They had the audacity to charge me for another full oil change with $20 discount. Poor customer service. My history is in their system so this was unacceptable.

Employees were very pleasant, courteous and prompt. They were so compassionate, one lady mentioned she wanted a drink of water. They surfaced so quick with enough water for all the women there, that I'm still wondering where they got it so quick. GENTLEMEN!!! WOW!!!

They are fast, friendly, and courteous, and in addition to the great job servicing my vehicles, they provide outstanding customer service. They are open Sundays which is helpful to people who work during the week and may have other things to do on Saturdays. I highly recommend Champion Xpress Lube!

They left my oil cap open and oil spewed all over my engine. I had to go to car wash to clean oil from engine with a broken foot. I had planned on going out of town early the next morning so I also had to check the oil drain plug etc. to ensure oil was not leaking from other areas. I needed Assitance that my vehicle was in good long rang driving shape. 700 mile trip.

The waiting area was clean and neat. The service workers were courteous. They were kind and explained what and why certain filters or jobs needed to be done. Especially to we three elderly ladies getting this done to our vehicles. Very respectful young men.

The guys there were great. They showed me where my fluids were when I asked cause this was a bew car to me. They made suggestions pn service but wherent to pushy to sale. Which is nicer than a pushy sales car service guys thwy even fixed my tire aor pressure warning light.
