I have no complaints about the workmanship performed on my Ford Edge, but I do have a complaint on the organization of my appointment. I was there at 8:00 and the collision secretary said you can go up and do some errands so I was given a loaner to use, expecting my vehicle to be done possibly by 12-1:00. I called to see if it was finished and was told it hadn't been started and that it wouldn't be done until the next day. I was upset as I could have dropped it off and went to work that day had I known! I had taken the day off work thinking it would have been started with the repair at 8:00! I hope there was no charge for the loaner which I told them when I got the estimate as I was promised a loaner and that they were not to bill my insurance!! After all I just spent close to $40,000 on a vehicle I purchased in November 2020! Poor design as they were not able to get to the sensor without taking the whole front end apart! Furthermore, I have driven Chevy vehicles for many years and I never had a problem with getting a loaner when repairs were needed!

The Quick Lube Service area has some dedicated employees getting the job done the best they can. The area has a non-functioning lift which creates a bottleneck and causes unnecessary delays to their customers. They also need additional training to understand the importance of excellent customer care and vehicle care. My vehicle had visible oil on the leather wrapped steering wheel, the drivers seat, the center console lid and the tops of both front fenders. Modern dealerships wouldnt tolerate this and typically wash each vehicle after service with a quick wipe down of any interior item touched during service and delivery. I have other service options available that some local drivers may not have because I frequent the greater Detroit area often. I likely will not return to this facility for the time being.
