Liked everything. Brought truck in because of problems with transfer case. OEM warranty was timed out but extended warranty approved the work. Tubbs Brothers managed the whole approval process, Got parts ordered quickly and repairs scheduled. A few days later repairs were completed and everything bit my deductible was covered. Tubbs Brothers handle whole process quickly and competently and kept me informed along the way.

I had a glass coating put on and they did a fantastic job!!! I live 50 miles away and they provided a loaner car so I could run the grandkids while they were servicing my vehicle. Tubbs always goes above and beyond in their services and helping the customer and I recommend them one hundred percent !!

I did buy the 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk, and I thought the price was good enough I didn't haggle the price. But after taking possession of it I noticed it didn't have a trailer plug. They would not give me one but would sell me one. So unfortunately just like most dealerships, once the sale is made they are done with you.

Tech completely missed the head gasket issue that was suspected when taken in earlier in the year. Threw thousands in parts at it at Tech's recommendation but last overtemp 3 days after leaving the dealer cracked the head & required repairs or engine replacement. Then missed a oil cooler leak on test drive which was repaired by Marlette Dodge due to severity of leak & price/time Tubbs wanted to fix it.

Was told that I was able to use a discount coupon that was printed off the website and yet ended up in a discussion with a different service advisor saying that what I had done was not a service. I didn't like the customer service that was provided by the female service advisor. I will not be going back.

Had 4 things on list to repair. Two things said could not duplicate even after i told them one thing same rattle as before that they repaired but came back. I think things got lost in translations. That is why i said call if any questions. Did not here from them and one thing was normal when i had truck in fl at another dealership they test battery and replaced it. They told me here that the charging was in normal range but when asked if they load test could not give answer. Normally happy with dealer but after it being there 3 days i was hoping for better results
