They have no haggle prices, the truck had mechanical issues that they could not tell me if they would address before buying,they were over 1,000 in additional fees, and they took their time getting back to me. I was able to find the same model for the same price they wanted that was 6 years newer than their truck.

Never had a dealer just send a text you and that was basically it, not one phone call nothing! just seems shady to me! Sent a text with a link asking if this was the car I was interested in and next text was do I need help with financing. Then never heard a word from them. Sorry if you really wanted to sell a car then maybe you should call and reach out not send a text and then never reply back. Shady!

I went to take a vehicle for a test drive, the sales person did not ride with me to answer any potential questions while driving the vehicle. Also had a lot of hidden fees, raising the out the door cost over $3000 over advertised price. Also when I asked if the vehicle had any issues they had no idea, saying they wouldn't know until I bought it. Overall I would say poor customer service.
