It was okay. They did not let me know about any things that need to be done. Had to go and down load the service report to find out about needing to replace my 2 tire's. Had a different service person. They never checked back to see if we were okay and too tell us about the wait time.

I asked when buying the car if the heated seats worked in the rear...salesmen went out checked said they did..got it home and they never came on...asked them to check them again...said they came on intermittently ...got it home they never came on asked to fix them ...manager refused. uggg still do not work. Next time buying a used car i will take to my own mechanic and them check it first....learned my lesson!

Only had 1 issue with the new tires the car came with. 2 tires blew out and the car did not even have 20 thousand miles. The one tire caused more damage behind tearing up a plastic wire covering which I had to bring to their attention the second time after noticing nothing was done the first time. However, they are the closest Toyota service center in Warsaw not leaving me much choice as I bought an extended warranty.

They always do a good job with the service but my complaint would be that they always give me a list of recommended service items. Some of the prices on those services are unrealistic. I would love to talk with someone from Toyota of Warsaw about that. My other complaint would be that you charge 3% to use a credit card now. With prices like that I would say you have at least your 3% in there!

They are good at identifying where the real issues are at and do good work as expected. I prefer the Toyota dealer over just going to some other place. Other places dont seem to be as good/quick with identifying any issues on your Toyota. I feel like I can trust them more than just going some other place.

Service was quick for oil change and tire rotation but I also took in for a noise in front wheel but they could not fix, did not know what it was an gave me the of option for parts that might repair (parts are still on order, $230.00 for parts with no idea if that would fix it). This noise started after I had them do the brakes a year ago.

My washer fluid line was not working properly. Because of my difficult schedule, the service manager came to my work which is at least 15 miles away, picked up my car, took it back to the shop, worked on it and brought it back to me the same day! I was blown away. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!!! My son is now looking for a car and we most likely will be buying from Toyota of Warsaw again.

As always I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had at my most recent service appointment at Warsaw Toyota dealership. The men at the service desk and any technician I've met are genuinely courteous and understanding. They explain what needs to be done clearly and when anticipated work should be done, not necessarily right away. There cannot be a better service department at any Toyota dealership anyway. Period!

The service was great repairs took longer than expected due to getting parts for the repairs that our vehicle needed did not get a loaner vehicle that was a bummer was difficult getting loaner vehicles from family to use till the repairs were done Toyota has to work on that factor other than that the service techs always do a great job and Toyota vehicles are fantastic thats why we bought this brand

I am sorry, but I was very displeased, with the service...I went in for a new battery only. When I received my bill, they performed a multi point inspection ( unauthorized ) this cost was about $59.95 for labor and $19.32 for materials. This was not, good faith service. I may have to change my Dealer.

The service was excellent my only complaint is that it took me 3 appointments to get it fixed. Of course each time you take your vehicle in there is a 130 dollar charge so I spent $260 Before the actual part was even ordered. Other than that, great customer service and excellent work from the service department when it came to repairing the issue.

Typical Toyota service. Nothing hidden, everything discussed up front and throughout. Service was performed as promised and completed early. Reliability and service is the reason I have owned at least one Toyota continuously since 1972 to the present. I highly recommend Toyota of Warsaw.

5 stars all the way. I brought my vehicle into Toyota of Warsaw's service department for a slow leak caused by a valve stem issue, and their team was absolutely outstanding. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired faster than a Ty Gibbs pit crew on race day.
