Warsaw toyota of warsaw ind. is a nice place to do business. The service is very good. The only thing i'm corcerned about is I'm on my third starting battery. Is toyota having supplier issues furnishing bad batteries. My rav4 is a 2020 model. It was purchased in july of 2020. It would be nice to know if this issue is being checked out.

I had a flat tire on my Camry. I was disappointed that they didn't have the correct size in stock ands it is going to take 3 business days with a weekend in the middle for me to get my tires put on, that I had to pay for in advance.

While we did have tires in the correct size available, we needed to special order a matching tire to ensure it aligned properly with the others on your Camry. This helps maintain consistent performance, safety, and ride quality. The tire was brought in from our warehouse, and our Parts and Service teams are working to get it installed as quickly as possible.
For special-order parts, we do require payment in advance, which is a standard policy, and we appreciate your understanding. We're glad our team was able to take care of everything for you, and we truly appreciate your patience.

I liked Ryan the service writer. The service tech failed to hook up a hose after checking the air filter and my car wouldn't run right when I got in it. They did figure it out right away and fixed it.

We arrived early for a simple oil change. An hour and a half later, we were still waiting. Then the bill was $144.00. When questioned, we were told the tires were rotated, a service we had not requested. They removed that charge with no argument, thank goodness since we were extremely incensed already. Still, bill was $110.00. I'm thinking Jiffy Lube nectvtime

Overall very good. Gave only 4 stars because some of my settings were adjusted and I had to put personal settings back to where I had them. Also, I received a text message after I had left that showed some recommended services that I wasn't told about prior to my leaving. Fortunately they were things that I could get the parts for and replace myself at half the cost:).

It didn't take long to get the oil changed/recall done. Only issue was we had a discount that was showed to check in tech. Wasn't on the bill, took over a week and a half to get it credited to our account. Will make sure any discount in on the bill before it gets paid.
