Tried to charge me for something they did last time it was in for maintenance. Checked my battery when I was there. Went home and battery was bad the next day. Charged me labor to check it even though they said they wouldnt. Came home with a broken center console latch. Not going back.

Strangely, when I looked at my receipt, it looked like they didn't do one of the 2 things I asked for (tire rotation), but after calling in, they told me to look down my receipt. On one line it says the tires weren't rotated, then below, the tire rotation is listed as a separate service. Confusing, but now I'm satisfied.

The service was courteous and attentive, but it took three days to fix a flat. 24 hours to find a replacement. Another visit to address issues with the emergency repair kit because the instructions in the manual were incomplete. The Prius tire repair option is so inferior to a simple spare.

lack of communication from service consult. Did not rotate tires, nor advise me that tires needed to be replaced, thus not rotated, nor offered pricing on new tires. I had to phone them back when I realized no rotation had occurred. Was promised a free service coupon for error from Survey manager, to date, more than one week later no coupon has been sent.

The service itself was quick and easy. The car had only 2500 miles on it. The service departments customer service leaves something to be desired. No greeting or even acknowledgement of my presence until Id been standing there for 5 minutes. One guy was just shuffling papers in front of his computer screen but refused to look up or at the line of people waiting to be helped.

Second time Ive had to wait for my car to get serviced. 9:20 appointment supposed to be done by 10:45. While waiting in the lobby I was called about 10:30 and told it would not be done until 1:00. Had an appointment in an hour and needed my car back. No service performed. Thats why I make appointment so waiting time is minimal. Last time I was at home and didnt need the car so it was an annoyance but this time was the last time.

Everything about this visit was awesome. Every single aspect, and especially how quickly it was all done. However, it's weird that the service department pushed for this, because it's way earlier than the Toyota-recommended first service appointment. Doesn't cost me at all, but seems a waste of labor and materials to schedule it so soon.

No pre-delivery inspection was completed. I filled out my paperwork and was handed an misaligned dirty car with no thank you nor anyone to give direction on the cars function. This dealership lacks professionalism and gratitude for someone that purchased a car.

I had driven less than 1,000 miles during the past year of the virus shut down. So, my maintenance needs were modest. Nonetheless, The Toyota provided just the service I needed, which was very modest, and told me that the car was in fine shape. I trust this dealership and their service department...so I'll plan to return in another 5,000 miles or so!! DRR

Service at the Toyota Dealership on Broadway in Portland is a comforting and easy process. From the beginning and throughout the experience- the most important factor is transparency and concern for the customer. I was informed throughout the service appointment and provided options- even an Uber ride while the work was done.

I found the services here to more expensive than I've paid at other Toyota dealers. Also, the service didn't meet my expectations. They didn't reset the maintenace reminder or remove the protective plastic from the driver's seat. Minor items but made me wonder what else didn't they do when serviceing my vehicle. I'll be looking for a different service provider.

Nice people, nice place, kept distance due to Covid. No self serve coffee, due to Covid. I much desired the Supra in the show room and filled me with envy while waiting. Everyone was friendly. However, the place was super disorganized. They called me to pick up my car, and after I came back and checked in it took like 45 minutes for them to bring my car out. Apparently, they misplaced my keys and no one knew about it.

Had a window smashed, and took my Toyota in to get fixed the next day. Was able to have window and frame repaired same day! Service was very courteous and provided price estimate upfront. Will continue taking my vehicle here for service/repairs in the future!

10 minute wait for a service advisor, but she apologized for the delay. Her prediction as to when the work would be complete turned out to be right on. The bill was exactly what I had understood it would be. I had my bike and she made sure that the bike would be in view while I was in her office. Carfax thinks this was 10,000 mile service. It was in fact the 40,000 mile service (although the car only has 28,000 miles).

The service advisors are courteous and are car was done quickly. But we got our car back and it pulls hard to the right now. This was never an issue before. We both work from home and it's very inconvenient to have to schedule another appointment to get this fixed. This isn't the first time we've had to bring our car back after the first service appointment didn't fix the issue.

The service was complete and efficiently performed. However I still have not received any notice for getting a replacement/fix for my errant gas tank that will only take 10 gallons instead of the 14.5 gallons its made for. Also the Entune system is terrible and I"m going to notify Toyota of America how dissatisfied I am.

Did not top fluids despite saying the did. When they went to top fluids, they overfilled the power steering fluid. They improperly installed the cabin air filter and it makes a weird noise. They said they would check on why a mystery car was on my account profile and never followed up with me. I would give one star but can not for some reason.

We bought a new 2020 Hybrid Highlander that had a small scratch on the back window and swirl marks on the drivers side mirror. They replaced both the back window and the mirror then detailed the exterior of the car. It was a perfect delivery. Great sales and service staff.
