Inspection found a bad battery. I told the service manager that I was taking a trip the next week. A new battery was installed and I felt better about taking a trip with my vehicle. Time for oil change, inspection and new battery was very reasonable. Everything was explained in detail about what needed to be done in the future. Brakes just went from green to yellow so I know when I need to schedule my brake replacement in the future.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. This mechanic told me that there is a big possibility they can't fix it, Honda is having a same issue, and I should just use my cord phone charger instead. I just bought this car a month ago and it hasn't not been working since then. When I picked car up, I was told nothing was wrong. 5 min after I left, it stopped charging again with same 3blinks orange light on.

Riley and a technician performed a Pre Purchase Inspection on a 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser for me. I live out of state and required such a third party inspection to determine whether it was a good purchase decision. I appreciate their thorough inspection. Dropped my car off at 8am for an oil change and power steering flush. They got back to me at 4pm saying my power steering rack was leaking and they could fix it another time for $2400. All day oil change and getting a second opinion on the not so leaky rack. Dissatisfied with an all day oil change.

They provided Lyft transportation back to my home, as well as back to the Toyota of Portland, to pick up a loaner car which was needed, while repair was being done. The person I dealt with answered all my questions, including about a "service contract" I had signed that purported to be an extension of my original service contract with the dealer but was not. In addition to doing an excellent job on my car, it saved me a lot of money when I successfully cancelled that contract.
