The salesmen are shady and we stupidly didn't do our due diligence. Added hidden costs once you get the actual costs for things that should be covered. Verbal offer acted to be a deal before putting the papers with 6k more than we said so was so many games. We asked for the second key and didn't know there would not be one until after we signed. The one key they programmed and provided was dead on day 8. The only savings grace was our finance lady who was fantastic, friendly and super fast.
