They also included rides to and from my work so I can drop the car off and come back when it was done. My rep Jacob was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to text him directly with any questions. They even took care of a recall maintenance in the same service, which saved me time.

Even with an appointment, arriving at 9 and leaving at 12 for inspection and changing to new tires was way too much. The staff was inexperienced/ had such a blase attitude and it didn't help that I had to contact the car warranty company I had multiple times to reiterate that I should have some services covered. I also had requested a tire to be kept as a spare and put in the trunk but that didn't happen. Not coming back again.

Getting the second key fob was a lot harder than it should have been. It took four trips back to the dealership to get it. I still can't understand why that would have been so hard.

what I fed likr was my service advisor, Desirae Thomson. She was aleays on top of things and her communications were excellent.. She worked very hard to get the most reimbursement she could from my extended warranty company. Desirae is a keeper and the great asset to your company.

Completed my service, no hassle there. Was told I had an appointment, showed up being told I did not have an appointment. Appreciative they still took my vehicle for service. They brought the car around after completing the service and almost rear ended another customers vehicle. Will be hesitant to return.
