I've been to Toyota of Cool Springs twice. My first experience with their sales team was bad, they were friendly, but dishonest (they took a deposit from me for a car that "got lost"). The strung me along for weeks. Recently, I gave them another chance. This time the sales team was much better, but it was their finance department that treated me very poorly. Finance was very aggressive and rude when I declined unnecessary bells and whistles. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop for a car here.
