Service Advisor Rude and Disrespectful and lied about the express oil technicians being ASE Certified Mechanics. All they require is a GED and be highly motivated to upselling.
Service Tech. Spilled oil all over the engine, left bolts off the skid plate and over tightened the oil filter housing causing in to have a crack. They of course denied any wrongdoing and blew me off when I brought to their attention on my NEW vehicle. Should have read the google reviews about the service department..... Guess that was my fault I will never take a vehicle back to this stealer ship. They are more concerned about upselling everything to pad their commissions and bonuses than put the customer first. What a big disappointment.
