This was my first service with any Lexus dealer as well as the first service on my new GX460. The entire experience was fantastic. They send out reminders for the appointment which is useful for me. They have a scanner when you pull in taking pictures of the vehicle condition. Not only do they use this to look for any vehicle issues it also protects them and myself if I thought they damaged the vehicle while working on it. We can look at the photos and determine right away - protects them and me while avoiding the hassle of who is to blame. The service advisor was outstanding. Visited parts dept while there picking up the 2nd key fob. They were able to program it during the same visit even though it wasn't on the original ticket. Definitely recommend Tom Wood Lexus' service department!
