The service process was quick and easy. I was offered a loaner until my car was ready for pick-up. I was updated on recalls remaining on the vehicle, which were completed. You can also track, using the app, for notifications on progress towards completion. I highly recommend this location.

The work was completed in a timely basis and Corbin took care of me regarding customer service. He provided me the entire maintenance history for this "new to me" vehicle and discussed potential future maintenance schedule needs which was very helpful. Someone needs to review quoting. Price quoted was much higher than the invoice. Apparently, 2 cost items were not included in the quote. Corbin resolved it with me, however.

I feel they tried to diagnose the potential problem with the coolant system the best they could. Still not resolved and the diagnostic process is still ongoing. I want to compliment them for not incurring any more cost to me than was necessary. I was a bit concerned when I got home and checked under the hood and found the cap to the coolant reservoir was not put back on.

I didn't like the wait time before working on my vehicle, with an appointment. Also, I didn't like how one of the employees behind the customer desk (front area) sneezed without covering his nose and flicked mucous all over the floor instead of getting tissue. That was very professional of him.

Mediocre. Service adviser left in the middle of the process and no one told me. After two hours I began to search for him, and could not find him. Looked for someone to talk with, and finally responded to their automated system. By following up, I began toe receive system updates - which also indicated the hand off between the service advisers had been incomplete. Waited over three hours for what should have been a quick appointment.

Took my car in for an oil change a recall. The tech handed me a bill for $3000 worth of services they said I needed done. One of those was $1200 for apple car play. My car is a 2021 and should be compatible with any iphone. I took my car to get a second opinion at which time the mechanic said I needed none of the services suggested. I will never take my car to Tom Wood Lexus again.

Not much to share other than how long it takes for fairly routine service....check-in was easy, I did get my own Uber which is ok if I get a discount for drop-off. Travis was very honest about maintenance issues and provided a triage for order of importance.

Well, I took care of in for oil change, after 3 hours, no one came to talk with me, I inquired and come to find out, my car never got taken back. So I left it over night and was given a loaner. They did not charge me for the oil change, but I did let them do 2200.00 of other repairs. Eric was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the service is very good with solid mechanical work on the floor and attention to detail. Wish there had been more communication regarding the day of service. One issue with the car's WiFi trying to override CarPlay while driving remains unresolved. Left a message. Still no follow up.

Recently I had my SC430 for repairs and the warranty insurance would not take care of it and Shanan Willis my advisor and the service manager Mike McCann went beyond to get the warranty company to cover the expense even to the point big finding an after market part. I highly recommend Tom Wood Lexus.

The Tech got to the core of the problem within a short period of time. My 20 year old Lexus will be running like new. Lexus repair cost are just as high as Mercedes Benz, The parts & labor, its ridiculous, I'm fortunate to have my own Mechanic.
