I will not be going back. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was told couldn't rotate tires that my key lock on lugs as atripoedhowever after I drive off they were all loose I had to go back for them to tighten them. Scary to think my tire could have come off. Also went to look for key lock to take my jeep somewhere else they stole it. Also they took 2 hours for a simple oil change very disappointed not a safe place to go.

I liked the spirit of cooperation; the desire to treat customers as valued; and the willingness to reassess, and fix, the mechanical problem with my vehicle.
Disappointment: while my vehicle was sitting outside, waiting to be repaired, at the dealership, a "dirty bird" relieved itself on my driver's side door handle.
Although employees had to have seen it when they worked on my vehicle, they never wiped it off. (Note: my vehicle was already dirty, on the outside, when I took it in for repair; I didn't expect the dealership to clean it--but I did think someone would wipe the bird dirt off the driver's door handle during the week that my vehicle was there for repairs.) It was not something that anyone was obligated to do--but it would have been a nice (and welcome) gesture. Nonetheless, I was pleased with my service. Thank you.

After many years of quality service at this location, my most recent experience was less than desirable. First, the service advisor was very generic in telling me what was wrong with my jeep. Equally as generic as to the repair cost. He said that they would "work out" the exact cost. When I called him the following workday on his cell phone, he advised that he no longer worked for the shop. Had to start over with another person who gave me a generic quote higher than the ballpark of the last guy. Upon complaint he then said that they "cut" some costs to reduce the bill. Just gave me a bad impression that they were just making stuff up. Jeep runs fine now, but I get the feeling I got ripped off, quite honestly.
