Very happy with this service. I had an appointment , arrived on time and got in with no waiting, The waiting room area was spacious and comfortable, the service took less than an hour, and the cost was reasonable. What's not to like.

Worst experience ever. The lack of professional is incredible. My car broke down near there, the closest dealer was them. My car was in there for more than two weeks. The excuses were: "we don't have technicians". "Nobody answers your concerns about your car" "Technician call out sick" etc.

We always have such a wonderful experience with Thunder. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very clear with everything they are going to do and costs. The building and restrooms are always clean and my daughter loves the snacks and kids area provided.

Had to have the truck towed to them at my expense due to them , when tires where rotated last at their facility on last oil change they forgot to put the lug nut lock back in the truck , after complaining to management they said a refund is on its way back to us .

52k miles on my truck and dealership wanted 17k for a new transmission after a 3 day diagnostic, ludicrious! Took to another repair shop and they replaced the silinoid and am back on the road. I will never be going back to a dealership for repairs, ever, lesson learned.

This dealership's actions amounted to an attempt to defraud me of over $3,000, claiming rodent damage to my gas tank wiring. Despite my professional background in pest management, I couldn't identify the alleged damage, and the photos they provided turned out to be fake.

Beautiful facilities. Great service. Service personnel there as soon as you drive up. You tell them why you are there and they will explain how long service will take. They also have a courtesy driver to take you to your home or work and pick you up if you cant wait. Five stars .

My opinion.. I felt I wasn't treated fair no communication and they found the problem after a day and a half. So the 3 star is they found the problem but also cause I felt like my vehicle wasn't top priority cause when I first got there they didn't want to do my car cause it came from Lakeland instead of thunder.. He called to verify a policy I had gave him.. It's alot but I'll leave it at that.

My vehicle has been serviced at the dealership since new (3/17) and I have no complaints. Work was done appropriately and service writers are helpful and polite. Service was fine, but they forgot to reset the oil service screen, again (same thing happened last oil change), I took it back and the service writer corrected it in a couple of minutes. No big deal, but they should be checking that with every oil change.

The day of the service for the new tires was very good. Prior communication between service and customer could have been better. Was informed, after I went in to get the new tires, and waited for an hour and a half, that there were only 3 tires, instead of four new tires, and I had to come back.

Well, was not good at all. I told the guy that I had a medical appointment and needed transportation and he ignored me. Also, the back carpet was green with mold do to the leak and I had to asked if they were going to replace it and then they ordered. still waiting for the carpet. They have not call me even thatl I called them to find out if the carpet has arrived.

Great people to have service my Grand Cherokee. Very informative and helpful....Had my brake pads replaced , front and back . Brakes are better than before , with no brake dust......Perfect !!!!! They also clean and washed my Jeep , It looks almost new again !!!!! Thanks to people who listened and became friends to work with, in fixing problems...

Have been coming to Thunder since I have owned this truck. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my truck was performing right. Unlike most times I got they do a detailed inspection and let me know if anything needs to be done. This last time I was in Nothing was told to me and a inspection sheet was never given to me unlike all the times I have came in.
