It was good except they took several people ahead of me when I got there 15 min before them. The guy in the drive in service called on the walkie for someone 3 different times. I was not happy about having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come out and take care of me. Daniel was nice but when you schedule an appointment you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to see someone. I have a life and things to do also.

I was told that I had to pay for my oil change and service inspection. I was promised 5 free oil changes during purchase of my vehicle but due to my commute for work and mileage usage that promise (contract) was broken. So I am disappointed and not returning to this location or purchasing any vehicles in the future from Toyota of Grapevine.

Horrible. There was no communication between me and yet service rep. He actually left and did not tell me. I was there for 6 hours. When told it would only be 2 hours max. Then the manager of service said he did not want to be there. Well if that is how the managers feels then I understand the service tech attitude. Will not recommend their service. Love the car not the service.

Sabrina is an excellent service advisor. She is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The unfortunate thing is that a loyal repeat customer that has bought 5 vehicles from your dealership has to pay an additional fee for using a credit card.

I had an appointment and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. At the hour and half mark they hadn't even started on my car. I was there for 3 hours and when I finally got my car the glove compartment was still take apart from when they checked the carbon air filter. I will not be coming back to Toyota due to it's not worth my time.

I had an appointment for an oil change. When I made the appointment I was very clear I would be waiting on the car. At the appointed time, my "service provider" informed me it would be an hour to hour in a half wait. I told him that was baloney. If I have an appointment, that means time of service. Once the free oil changes I got when I bought the vehicle are used up, I will not return to Toyota of Texas for service.

Did not take my vehicle for a regular service this time around as I have moved elsewhere in the area. Took it in for remediation of the Takata Airbag recall. The dealership declined to warranty their work from an intermittent airbag light which inconsistently occurred after the recall. Primary reasoning from dealership to decline was due to poor dealership documentation of "customer states".

Instead of a simple tire rotation Craig added a list of essential maintenance. After researching I found most were recommended and not required. The wait was supposed to be 2-2.5 hours which turned out to be over 3 hours. When I received my car, there was black grease on the carpet. Second time this has happened. I left a message for Billy the service director last week and he has yet to return my call.

I liked the fact that I didn't wait to long. I got off my car upon arrival and got off. Had to wait a couple of minutes. I felt like I was lost didn't know who to talk to. I parked in front since I didn't know where the service area was. Think I should have been informed of directions upon arrival. I came in with the baby and just felt, I should have been well informed.

The dealer recommended drive belts, but I don't have drive belts in my Prius. The techs need to be more focused on the car rather than to just recommend services based on mileage that may not be necessary. They need to provide more objective evidence when recommending services or repairs. Some of their recommendations were done previously at another shop. The techs are not being helpful if they don't even check.

Waited over 2 hours to complete a routine scheduled service. Additionally, when complete, the service advisor stated nothing was needed. A day or so later I receive an email that stated I needed air filters and fuel additive and to schedule an appointment. Terrible!

Service was good, but it always takes TOO long, over 1.5 hr wait time. The other problem is that their advertisements are deceptive. They list a $29.99 oil change and then they charge you over $40. While there may be some other fees involved, it would be great if they would include those in their advertisements too.

Now a days, not receiving proper advise. Scenario : Recently i visited one time for fixing my battery in earlier visit. Ideally they can merge the scope of this visit with previous visit and complete the service needs. But service dept is trying to follow up and making to schedule the visit again with in 15 days duration. Some years ago there used to be certain ethics getting followed by Service advisors. Somewhere something is missing.

I have been a long time customer. I regularly bring in 3 cars of mine for repairs and maintenance. There was a oil change coupon from the Toyota of Lewisville, that I found when I was at your dealership. The service manager said No, he could not honor it as the viscosity was different. Guess it's time for me for look around. Seems like retaining loyal customers is not in the play book of the new management. Sad.

Pricing to replace a couple air filters was overpriced. Also, my car was left in the bay where I had to wait for cars to be moved. However, I was told to exit out the entrance by one of the technicians moving the cars. I was hoping service would have been better at this location.
