Everything was fine, the young man, Jesus, was very nice and professional. For some unknown reason the manager, Korrine (sp?) Unhooked by battery which caused my control panel to all come one. But she did t tell me this when I raised yhe issue. It wasn't until later she admitted it. Also, I bought me package with 6 quarts. My car holds 5.8 quarts. They ran out of my oil at 5, and topped it off with some other oil without even mentioning it. She was horrible. She argued with me when I raised these issues. Everyone else working there was nice and courteous. This is what I get for trying to save money by not going to the dealership .

Your staffing level is abysmal. The oil change was done fine, but "fastest oil change in the nation" is a bit of a stretch when you have one person under the car and one taking care of customers. Might want to change it to "not the fastest".

The woman that helped me went out of her way to help me. She said I was missing a screw( or something) on my oil pan, and she put one on for me. That really was thoughtful and I appreciated it.

Awful! Absolutely Awful! No manager on sight. Only trainees. It took forever and when I was told to pull out they forgot to attach something under my car. I am very disappointed with the service where normally everything is great.

The two working did a pretty good job considering their key carrier up and left them solo with lines of cars. They also got locked out of the office. My service wasnt impacted. But you could they were very stressed.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, you refused to screw my cover plate back on. Makes no sense when you have to remove it to change the oil.

The staff was surprisingly non-communicative. Items usually checked, (i.e. windshield wipers and others), were not touched or discussed. Most disappointing the staff left many dirty, greasy hand and fingerprints all over the front end of the car.
