They were straightforward and very accommodating. My circumstances were different than most visits. I had an oil leak and it was serious enough for them to suggest to me that I not drive the car in the condition it was in but I had to get the car back home so I took a chance and they even provided me with a quart of oil in case the oil light started to flash.

Guys were kind enough, but slow and a bit condescending when there was issues pulling into the bay and then, I requested the economy oil and was given the premium oil and when mentioned, he just said, oh sorry... Still had to pay $30 more than expected.

Very polite and service was completed quickly. Technician did not reset the oil life notification so I continued to be alerted that my oil needed changed. Had to spend time on call with vehicle's customer service team to figure out how to reset it myself so I did not have to travel back to the service location again.
