We were told we'd definitely have to replace 4 tires because one was leaking. We ended up getting the leaky tire patched elsewhere without issue. It's possible they just disagreed on the safety of patching it up, but it seemed odd that the results were so vastly different.

The service department needs work. Everytime we bring our car in, there's some sort of issue. I don't trust them now. Example, they found an oil leak on our car with 7k miles on it. Obviously under warranty but they wanted to leave for the next time we bright the car in. They couldn't really tell me why. They always make it right in the end but it shouldn't be that way.

Derreck V was extremely helpful making some connections and getting some needed rear shock work done under warranty, even though I was one month past my warranty date. This saved me a large amount of money!!! I was also given a loaner car with no added cost. This has been a huge relief, as Im currently one of many unemployed during Covid. A heartfelt thanks to Derreck, the service manager and Subaru!!!

We were very disappointed. They had the car since 8 a.m. and didn't finish until 6:30 p.m.
(We were scheduled for pick-up at 5 p.m.) The car also had not been washed, which they
had told us was complimentary. All of this for an appointment which had been scheduled
2 weeks ahead of time.

I was kept informed. My service rep, David, was extremely accommodating. He even offered to let me use his personal charger cord so I could recharge my dying phone. He spoke plainly, explained what was going on, and was very solicitous of me.
There happened occasions when two mechanics came out to the entry bay at different times while I was finishing business with Trevor. (David left for the day after transferring communications with me thru Trevor. It worked out seamlessly.) Each mechanic answered a couple of questions I had. I really appreciated that. Each mechanic was extremely polite, respectful, and patiently answered my questions with precise and simple language. I trust their work and expertise.
Trevor brought me back a freshly washed car (complimentary perk). Service is exceptional at Subaru of Rochester!

Josh was the best service rep I have ever dealt with ever! Went above and beyond to help. Daughters care needed to be looked at while she was at college in Iowa. Rochester was the closest dealership and I had to do everything over the phone since I live 1500 miles away. Josh and this dealership took care of everything and took all of the stress out of the situation. We will be taking the extra time to drive to Rochester to take care of the car services from now on.
