All in all, I can't complain. Slight disappointment that the radio or radio parts weren't available on the date of service, but they gave the car a complimentary wash, and got the official inspection to declare that the recalled radio was indeed needing repair/replace.

Stopped by for my car's 6000 mile service while on a road trip. Had to wait a few hours, but they had accurately predicted how long the wait would be and warned me. Everyone was kind. Nice waiting area. They went over the inspection list with me. And even washed my car! Too bad I hit a deer and totaled it 4 days later :-(.

From making the appointment through the service visit, all was great! I called for an appointment which was a week out (ok), and then received a call that an appointment had opened for same day. Coupons available provided a discount and a car wash. Service folks were friendly. My Subi was returned clean and ready to go. Discount for non-credit sale and a reasonable price overall.

I was impressed with the way the service rep. kept me informed re: the status of my service. Then a new feature that really impressed me was that a video was sent to me regarding what was found in the diagnostics and waiting for me to make a decision regarding how to proceed with the service.

I didn't have an appointment, but I had an urgent service need. They provided me with a car to use. They finished sooner than I expected and I had my car back the next day, The only thing I don't like is that they are tacking on credit card servicing fees to their bill. I have learned to bring my checkbook instead of using a credit card.

Penz Subaru of Rochester MN always do a fab job. I just keep eye on how much recommended maintenance gets done, it could be influenced by added profit margin. Not saying it is, but is good to question and think on such before doing.
