We have been to the dealership two times this week. Once for oil change, and new tires. The second for upgrade on our Starlink. Both times they were the greatest. Also they have the nicest waiting area I have ever seen. Clean comfortable seating, and a nice selection of refreshments. I have been around awhile, I'm 81, and Gainesville Subaru is the Best.

Very easy scheduling and intake was very smooth. Normal maintenance was done, some adjusting of the software for a radio issue was completed but it seems to have thrown off the lane departure sensitivity, but an appointment has been set for that issue with the dealership.

Found the issue relatively quickly. Had a tire sensor issue which was replaced during this service. However, upon leaving the dealership, my PSI was not correctly inflated and in fact, was at an inflated way too high at 42. My psi is suppose to be at 32.
It would not be a big issue, but this is the second time in a row where I had to take the car back because they have set the tire pressure too high.

Order tires online through subaru and didn't come in and dealer tried selling me more expensive tires. They broke a stupid. Had the 4 wheel alignment seems worse then ever. New tires i have vibration between 71-73 and wasn't there before. Obviously not balanced properly.

Very efficient and time allotted was as expected. My service rep was excellent....I forget his name however so please give him a +++++ rating out of 5! He made sure my car was washed after replacing two tire sensors and oil change and resetting my oil gauge. Good service!

I don't think they are shady so much as clueless. They sent me a text with a proposed fee, which I accepted. Then they had to walk that back and say, "nope sorry. That'll cost more." When I went to cash out, the price was a third different number. Even though it was lower than quoted, the whole thing makes me reluctant to go back. Genuinely thinking of selling the Subaru to get back into a Toyota.

Very efficient operation, with the exception of up- selling changing the cabin air filter. I told them I wasn't interested in changing it at this time. There is no musty smell, or restricted airflow ( normal indicators of a problem).
The time it took to complete the service and tire rotation was acceptable.
Friendly service personnel. Clean facility.

The at this dealership is the best. Helpful, friendly, informative, trustworthy. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. Parts are typically in stock and service performed in a timely manner. Car is returned clean--inside and out. Waiting area is comfortable and has drinks/snacks available. The service department is one of the biggest reasons we have bought several cars from this dealership.
