I liked my operator/contact person Michael - he was attentive and tried his best. The problem (again) was the change in how long it would take. I went in for a 70,000 mile check up - but then discover that many mechanics had called in sick creating significant delays. This was the second time this happened to me and last time they lost my car key resulting in a 1.5 hour delay. C'mon guys you can do better.

Estimated job time was spot on. Their practice of taking pictures of the car before repair was very helpful; I thought I had lost my headrests at the shop but the pictures showed they weren't in the vehicle when I dropped them off. They did take the effort of searching for them before finally looking at the pictures, they were kind and helpful.

I love how thorough they are and communication is also done very well letting me know ahead of time what is next. No matter what you are having done still do inspections. Even got done before time said I absolutely have no complaints or what I didn't like. Groove Toyota pales in comparison what Stevinson Toyota does and does what they say they are going to do.

I liked the communication with the process of what the mechanic was doing with my vehicle through my phone and giving me information on what needs to be done. I would tweak the video quality a bit and make it to where I can expand the size to fit my entire phone to see better. The screen was too small to see the mechanics video.

With the area under construction it's a little confusing and congested getting to the dropoff point. Also, the main waiting area is loud with customers, sales people and other workers. There is a quieter area upstairs. Otherwise, service was great. I was greeted by Nicholas who was friendly and helpful. And, he let me know when my car was ready in person instead of texting or calling me. I liked that alot.

I was very appreciative of the inspection at no-charge... but ~$500 for a piece of rubber is highway robbery. Typical of dealer service centers.

The problem is not solved. "Maintenance Required Soon" is still showing up on the dashboard. I don't think the alignment is also done well.
