Over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, nail in tire......
My last oil change they said i had one free oil change left.. i was told it expired....
Not sure that i could recommend that amount of time for basic service to a family member or friend !

My engine light came on, so I took it in and they said they probably couldn't get to it (busy day). They gave me a ride to work and would provide transportation at end of day, if needed. I went back after work and it was done! They also took care of another issue I was having (nothing major) while they had it. Thank you very much. Also, Rachel (service advisor) was very helpful.

I love the service when I go to KIA. I just think it takes to long.
This time the oil pan was not screwed in correctly. I had to replace the striped screw and the oil that leaked all over my driveway. I still don't know how to get rid of the stain in the drive.

They charged me for a tire alignment tire rotation. And then they never screwed my lug nuts in place. So how was the tire alignment even done? Would not recommend going there for any work. They didn't even pour oil in when I did an oil change about a year ago.

It was horrible dropped my car off for oil change and tire rotation and a recall at 11:30am appointment at 1:00pm got it back at 6:30pm nothing but lies I had to call and check on my car they would not call me and the they gave it back with the front finder scuffed up they had to buff it out HORRIBLE

They told me when I made the appointment it would be an hour. I drive 45 minutes ro get to Spitzer Kia and I plan my work day around the hour they quoted me. I had to wait over 2 hours for my car to get an oil change, So, my work day was half gone by the time they were done and I drove back to the east side. If they quote me an hour - then it should be an hour! That is why I make an appointment

My representative, Belinda was polite and courteous. She explained the prices of the services and helped give me options to save money. She provided me a ride home, while they were working on my car, notified me when my brakes needed replacing and kept me informed till my car was ready. She also had my car cleaned and gave me a bottle of water.

Everyone is nice, but the service department really lacks communication and setting proper expectations regarding wait times. I don't mind waiting, but I was told it would be about 30 min, which turned into "just over an hour," to me waiting over 2 hours for everything to be completed. There was a lot of blame between service department and techs working on my vehicle.

staff was very friendly,and went over the suggestions of things that would need to be done but did not pressure me into do any of them, Even with getting a few of the things they suggested ( I went in for my oil change) got my tires rotated and new filter the cost was only about $20.00 more than just an oil change at take 5

Took from Thursday to Monday to approve the repairs wanted to charge for the rental. We knew it was camshaft repair they wanted me purchase spark plugs for my 61,000 mile car. I went some place else plugs are fine. I have them. I am currently burning oil. I have photos. Had a scope down where the spark plugs are. They didn't fix nor said anything about that. I also need new piston also.

Spitzer Kia has been one big mistake. I have been screwed by them every time I walked in for any type of service. All the way from raising the price of the car the day i bought it, to switching out the tires and rims. Please don't go here unless you want to be scammed.

Poor service. Didn't fix the problem, have had the same part fixed 3 times now and still does not work properly. Wont honor the super amazing warranty that they brag about. And also charging prices that are different from the quote i was initially given and won't honor coupons that were given directly by the dealership through email.

My 2012 Sorrento SUV has been returned on several occasions with the initial complaint of " check engine light is on". Parts have been replaced and when my auto was returned to me and driven for one day, I received another signal of " check enginelight was on again". This has been a very frustrating situation and my vehicle is presently at the Kia dealership to try to find out why my engine light is repeatedly on. Thank you.
