The service representative, Joe Darcy, was very helpful. He gave me timely updates on my service and enumerated costs. He also explained a new problem that had arisen and helped me schedule an appointment to fix it.
It was nice of the mechanics to make a video of the new problem and share it with me.

Sloan is gud and offers personalized services but some loop holes need to be sealed. For the umpteenth time, my wiper water wasn't filled and this happened before. I have to suffer through the snow period, using bottled water as I drive on. This is sad

I came in for an oil change and was waiting for the service. After waiting it was recommended that I replace the brakes which I agreed to. However it would have been helpful if I was told it would be an additional 3+ hours and asked if I wanted to go home and return when the car was ready.

I only have one gripe . My appointment was for 12 o'clock pm I got the 1130. Am. That is their lunch hour. They did not work on my car until 1:30 PM. I had no problem. waiting because I was early, but they should NOT have let me schedule my appointment during their lunch hour otherwise the service was great

This was a good service experience. I took my car to Sloane for a state inspection. Everything went OK. I had service performed on certain items and everything went OK. I even receiced an "exempt" sticker for emissions, as I drive less than 5,000 miles a year. Rick at Sloane provided me with a ride home and back to the shop when my car was finished.

I went in because I had a low oil engine oil warning. I have a maintenance plan on the vehicle, yet was told checking for that wasn't covered. After making some calls it turns out I was covered. Even though they fixed the issue I've had other bad instances with said service center one being where they said they rotated my tires yet didn't do so. I don't recommend this place at all.
