I bought 2018 Chevy Camaro Zl1 as gift for my husband 20th anniversary.
From start to finish my sales person Victor Babb was amazing, kind, helpful and made car buying simple.
To top it off when we got there, several sales associates surrounded the car yelling "happy anniversary!"

They did not do the proper maintenance. I told them service a they were supposed to rotate the tires they didn't do it service b they were at least supposed to put air in the tires check the pressure they didn't do that they give the car back it says correct tire pressures. There was a nail in the tire they didn't even fix that. They are not following service a and service b correctly

They were attentive, courteous, and most importantly, and help me to understand what exactly needed to be done so that my car could could be maintain an optimal condition for the future. The service at the dealership was horrible. Less that 60 days later and under 100 miles driven since taking delivery of the car, it was giving me issues. They said i bought the car "as is" even though the car fell under lemon laws and Silver star was supposed to take financial responsibility for the repairs. I had to pay $1500 in repairs

I had to bring my car in three sperate times for the same issue, a problem with the AIRMATIC. Instead of checking all components of the system on the first visit to ensure the system would work properly in the future, they only checked the other components on the next visits, after they were began malfunctioning.

In my opinion, as someone has owned many different Mercedes Benz cars, I can say with certainty that Silver Star Motors is the best Mercedes Benz Dealership in New York.
