Staff was rude, lied about the pricing of my service as I was given three different prices of which made me angry. Further staff refused to give me a copy of the forms that I had signed for the estimate service claiming that they are theirs to keep and cannot share. This was my last time that I went there. They are not nice people.

My key was stolen from a mechanic shop and they had to take my car here for service. They replaced the key. I'm not sure what that process is but they had my car for a week so that's why they have a four star and not a five it just doesn't seem like it should've taken a whole week for them to deactivate a key and activate a new one.
