My air balance fragrance system on a brand new mercedes does not emit scent. The scent is on high and the flacon level has not moved down in 4 months. The dealer says the scent is faint - this is not the case. They refuse to troubleshoot the issue further.

My key was stolen from a mechanic shop and they had to take my car here for service. They replaced the key. I'm not sure what that process is but they had my car for a week so that's why they have a four star and not a five it just doesn't seem like it should've taken a whole week for them to deactivate a key and activate a new one.

The service advisor Apostol were good and knowledgeable, but the service itself took longer than expected to resolve. The personnel who took the car out for test run got a flat on my brand new car. The car were only 6 weeks new before this issue occurred.
