While I waited I a very comfortable area with a coffee machine, Leon, my service advisor, kept me posted on the progress on my car. He reported as things needed to be fixed and kept me apprised of the likely cost. When my car was ready, he checked me out promptly. I took the car on a road trip the next day with no problems. I was happy with my experience.

They forgot to put the screws of the aluminum shield below the engine after they did the oil change. I realized later driving in higher speeds when the shield was making noise touching the ground. I could not drive my anymore and stayed at home all day on Sunday until Monday I took it back to them to fix it.

Easy to make appointment for 50000 mile service and tire rotation. Performed all requested services. Price as expected for a dealership. Had to call to check status of vehicle as service writer didnt call me when completed. 0845 appointment- left dealership with vehicle at 1600.

Leon was great to work with and accomplished all the necessary updates. But for minor service (oil change, tire rotation, alignment and Va vehicle inspection,) the process took almost three hours. I'm very satisfied with the service, but feel my corner gas station could have finished with work much faster.

Car A/C repaired and Alignment done. Work was completed, A/C works great, car runs smoothly now. They drove me home and picked me up when the work was done, so I didn't have to wait. My service advisor, Leon, was great to work with. I will bring my car back to this dealership for it's next service.

I have been a customer for the service quite some years, and I like everything here, from easy scheduling to staff friendliness. Importantly, they frequently offer discounts. But you do need to make sure that your parts are available for repairs, since sometimes a general phone number may not be them but may schedule your service without knowing the availability of specific parts. But overall, I am very happy.

I like the facility, the personnel, and the car a lot. I have never understood (however) the alloy wheels that project out over the tire rubber for some idiotic reason and the Bridgestone Potenzas wore down very quickly for a low-mileage, responsibly-driven automobile.

They did a comprehensive evaluation, made sound recommendations of two new tires, and just had a slight change of price at the end when they realized that my 2014 GLI's wheel alignment needed to be completed by a $140.00 adjustment of the electronic steering system. With the new front tires (Continentals), EMS adjustment and much needed wheel alignment, my GLI is steering 100% better!

The Service Department is very clean and the Service Agents are very friendly. I like the fact that you can setup to have them text and/or email you when your car is ready. They have been great during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Their waiting room has been spaced appropriately.

Got airbag replaced. Howerver, when I want to go out getting to the main road, I got a screw on my tire, their staff told me its not their screw probably came from the construction site nearby, all they can do is replace the whole tire. So rediculous, DONT GO!

I have a 2014 Jetta TDI. I was told I needed $5100 worth of worked based on reading engine codes. The car runs great. The codes are likely due to an overdue regen. I took the car for a long drive and the codes cleared.
I requested a 'forced regen' to clear the codes and got no response. The forced regen has been done before and cleared the issue for a long time.
I feel like Sheehy did not want to 'waste' time on my car unless there was a lot of $$ to be made.
