Setting up an appointment was simple and the service was relatively quick. During my 20k service they found two nails in my tire and offered to replace the tire. They allowed me to take my time to search on line for a better price. Surprisingly, the tire was a few dollars cheaper if allowed Sheehy to replace it. Great service & pricing.

Overcharged for alignment; paid to have tires rotated and they weren't rotated, service vehicle light was still on after the vehicle had been serviced, safety inspection was not performed on vehicle. I had two blown lights prior to the service visit. Asked for price estimate to have replaced. They never noticed blown bulbs. Worst service in 10 years of using this location.

I've been going to Shehee for four years and Jonah and Leon in the service department are fantastic and extremely professional. The waiting area is one of the best I've seen with car dealers and I trust them to perform the best service and provide me the best advice regarding my 2015 GTI.

They left the oil filter loose and my car leaking a lot oil i have picture and when i call to let them know what happened with the car the lady on the phone was mad with me she said the next appointment we have available is until next day and i tell her i need my car fix soon is possible

Came in for a recall notice on my VW GTI and an oil change, tire inflation and checkup on my vehicle and everything completed in under two hours while I waited in their nice waiting area Was also notified that my car battery (over five years old) is showing signs of needing replacement which I'll need to schedule at later date. Recommend their VIP service package if you're looking to save.

The service was terrible. I had a loaner car for 12 days. They did nothing to my car but complain about what was wrong with it and never fixed it. I would never go back there again. I'm waiting on a loaner car now. I'm taking it back where I bought it from so I can get it fixed.

Came in for a scheduled state inspection, oil change and wheel/tire rotation. And all was completed in around an hour while I waited in their very nice waiing area. Very easy reception and very high quality exit, receipt and accompany paperwork. Very considerate and friendly service. Very highly recommend having Sheehy VIP service with your VW or VW new vehicle purchase if available.

I had an oil change. Next day I noticed an oil leak on my driveway. I had to take the car back to tighten something that was left loose. This is second time this happened to me. I was so disappointed, mostly for the inconvenience, my time, effort, and gas to return for additional service. Usually the work is completed very well, 100%. This time not.
