Right side mirror came loose after just being replaced costing $169.63
Replaced mirror glass no charge.
August of 2021 compressor o rings replaced at $731.10
Replaced compressor no charge.
Hopefully air conditioning works & mirror stays on.

What can I say. Volvo Schumacher gets it. They know a happy customer is key and they spoil you. At the forefront in my opinion is Devin Cotler, my Service Tech. If they could clone him, Volvo Schumacher would be unstoppable. Devin is consistently professional, polite and anticipates you and your car's needs with precision. I feel as if my own son were caring for me. He is excellent!

First, I set up the visit one month in advance because they had no other option available. When I got there I was told that they had no time to take care of me as many people had called out. I was sent home with the promise of the following Tuesday. I arranged for three days as I could see two days being a problem. Thank the lord as it took 3 days. I had already had the repair done by my independent repair place.

I brought my Volvo in for an airbag recall. The service technician was courteous and helpful. He fully explained the service procedure and how long it would take. My vehicle was finished on time and the work was done exceptionally well. The customer waiting area was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. Service staff created a very good experience . Check-in was organized and efficient. Service attendant was very personable and helpful. He also offered a shuttle back to work. Service was done in a timely manner and I was contacted immediately when it was comipleted.

Thia update was supposed to take 20 minutes and was supposed to fix an issue with my brand new volvo. It took 2 hours and fixed absolutely nothing! No return texts or emails from the dealership. Service after sale is the worst I have ever experienced... I am sad that I drive a Volvo!

Though I was neglected for about 15 minutes when I first came , overall it was a good experience. It would have been good if the service rep acknowledged that I was there and that he would be with me in ten minutes or so.....but nothing was said. Otherwise it would have been a five star

As always, quick and satisfactory maintenance visit. Chris was above and beyond helpful. Uber was called and timely to bring me to work and back. Its a new service Schumacher provides. Personally, Im not an Uber fan, but it was acceptable and if that is what helps the dealer to get their clients where they need to go, Im all for it.

I always get great service at Schumacher Volvo! Its just unfortunate we have to pay for others mistakes. I sure did enjoy getting a courtesy car during the week instead of wasting my Saturday waiting for my car to be serviced. Hopefully they will bring them back sooner that later!

Went in to get tires replaced and while there updates to the board computer software were done. Chris and John were very pleasant to work with, kept me informed as to what was going on. The entire maintenance stuff goes above and beyond to make it memorable and pleasant.
