I was early for my appointment but had to wait 90 minutes for my service advisor to be available. They provided an Uber so I didn't have to wait four hours.A sixty thousand mile service is more inclusive (and expensive) and I wasn't aware of that before my appointment.

Never returned our calls I had to contact our local winter Park service department to reach out to your department to return our calls. When we finally pick up the car, the service gentleman was rude. When I asked him to explain what was done. He pointed to the several sheets of paper he gave me and said why it's all right here.
