They got me in after a major (for NC) snow storm,but the service writer recorded the wrong mileage of my vehicle when I noticed the mistake I reached out to the service writer to report it (he reported mileage was 3,000 less then the actual mileage)and they said it wasn't really important.

Maverick got towed up there because continuuing deep sleep dead battery. Sanders took care of warranty work and got it back next day with a new battery and advise that Ford shoulkd have a programming fix by end of march. Sanders is good, Ford Maverick hybrid is not and it is unreliable due to too many electronics and bad programming. Avoid Ford hybrids.

Our cruise control went out 3 times my husband ended up fixing it himself because they could not then our liftgate kept Not working, that too, was an electrical problem.

This is the 4th time the truck has been in with all of the issues and still has the same issues after it leaves. They either claim to have performed the work or that the issue doesn't exist.

I return vehicle to show AC was not cooling I then was told I needed to pay additional 200.plus dollars fix the AC.
