Friendliness of staff. My only complaint was that I had a scheduled appointment and I also had another appointment somewhere else. I accept the shuttle service in order to run a few errands between appointments. It took a long time for my routine service. I called for pickup and questioned why. I was told that they take people waiting at the dealer first. Had I known that I would not have left. They should have information me of that.

The problem that they were supposed to fix the first time was not fixed. We took it back before we went on vacation so that they could pull the part and send off to be rebuilt. When we came back 10 days later, nothing had been done. It took them over 8 weeks. During the whole process, they never called to keep us updated; we had to call or go by to get information.

Every time that I have to come to this place, there is some issue with a missing appointment, miscommunication between staff, parts not ordered, recalls unable to be performed, long wait times, difficult to get appointments and just generally a pain. Staff is mostly kind and some are more helpful than others.

The service associates were very professional and friendly. The Valet service for pick-up of my vehicle was early and accommodating to my needs. The service was a bit slow and I felt I should have received a sooner update on the delays, but it was accomplished professionally.

The convenience was great. Tony, the service tech, was also great. Excellent idea to offer this service. The only thing lacking is that, after the tires were rotated, there's not a way to balance them; I had a slight shimmy in the front end that wasn't there prior to the service.

They got me in after a major (for NC) snow storm,but the service writer recorded the wrong mileage of my vehicle when I noticed the mistake I reached out to the service writer to report it (he reported mileage was 3,000 less then the actual mileage)and they said it wasn't really important.

Maverick got towed up there because continuuing deep sleep dead battery. Sanders took care of warranty work and got it back next day with a new battery and advise that Ford shoulkd have a programming fix by end of march. Sanders is good, Ford Maverick hybrid is not and it is unreliable due to too many electronics and bad programming. Avoid Ford hybrids.

We had to take our vehicle in 4 times for the powertrain light that kept coming on, and they could never figure out the problem. This is not the first electrical problem. Our cruise control went out 3 times my husband ended up fixing it himself because they could not then our liftgate kept Not working, that too, was an electrical problem.

Horrible experience. No communication after the first week. Gave the impression that once they received my money, they didn't want anything else to do with me. Took over 35 days to get a permanent plate. Ended up having to park the car for a few days because the temp plate expired. Took 2 weeks to get the second key. I had to stop in weekly and escalate my issues to the General Manager to make any progress.
