Ive been a customer for 21 years. Customer service was bad this time. For the record this is typically not the case.
Not sure whats going on but all the way to when it came to pick up my vehicle I was frustrated. How is it that Im told a state inspection was done and after waiting more than 30 minutes Im told the inspection could not have been done because of a troubleshooting step the technician did? We left the vehicle there several days being forced to coordinate child pick up from school and still the reoccurring issues still could not be identified and fixed. I had to call for vehicle updates otherwise I wouldnt know.

New tires and brakes were installed on the vehicle prior to purchase. 20 out of the 24 lugnuts were loose when I got home. The rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers needed replaced when I got home. The mechanic ignored the extremely tore dust boot on the caliper pistons which showed brake fluid leaking from the piston seals. The pads where put on rotors that needed turned or replaced which was causing the pads to lock up the rear wheels and engage ABS upon braking. Fixed at my own expense.
