I didn't like that the appointment that I made was not for service but to just see the service advisor. She told me that the appointment was not for the service that I made the appointment for but to just get in the door and that service would be later that day. This is like an appointment for the doctor and when you get to the office, the nurse tells you that the appointment was just to see her and the doctor would see me later that day. This makes no sense at all. When I make an appointment for service, then I expect to have a technican available within a reasonable time frame to work on my vehicle.
The actual work (recalibrate the side curtain recall) was done reasonable fast and should be fine.
